GRAND CAYMAN, Cayman Islands, Jan. 12, 2021 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Greenlight Capital Re, Ltd. (Nasdaq: GLRE) (“Greenlight Re” or the “Company”), a specialist property and casualty reinsurance company headquartered in the Cayman Islands, has established May 4, 2021 as the date for its 2021 annual general meeting of shareholders (the “Annual Meeting”). The time and location of the Annual Meeting will be set forth in the Company’s proxy materials.
Greenlight Re’s shareholders of record at the close of business on March 12, 2021, will be entitled to notice of the Annual Meeting and to vote upon matters considered at the Annual Meeting.
