NEW YORK, Jan. 5, 2021 /PRNewswire/ -- Empire State Realty Trust, Inc. (NYSE: ESRT) announced today that Trexquant Investment, a quantitative investment firm, renewed its lease at First Stamford Place for 9,805 square feet.
