Mr. Albert clerked for the Hon. Deborah L. Cook on the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit. Mr. Albert graduated cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania Law School, where he served as Executive Editor of the University of Pennsylvania Law Review and was a Margaret B. and William H.
