The Danish Marketing Expert Lennart øster are using subscriptions to give clients a better service and to maintain a low churn.
One of the biggest challenges for every marketing firm is to keep customers. There’s always someone who will do it cheaper or promise customers a fortune
To prevent this Lennart has started a subscription based service, that works like SaaS, but as its not software but consultant based the proper name should be CaaS (Consulting as a Service). In Danish Marketing is called Markedsføring, and is one of the areas that the CaaS will grow in the coming years.
Besides the consulting business Lennart is the Founder of the Startup XDID.net, which makes Cross Device Tracking possible. This is one of the services the Lennart add to his customers website as it gives a deeper insight in how a user behaves on different devices. By enabling the website owner to view the complete customer journey it will give greater insight into how an ad is created.
