NH PD identify a suspect in 2 bank robberies
NEW HAVEN-Police are looking for a man they have identified as a suspect in two robberies of the same Wells Fargo bank in the past two months.
Darryl Donell Henry, 55, formerly of New Haven is a person police are seeking to question in connection with the two robberies. They said Henry already is wanted in a non-related robbery of a person. In that case Henry faces charges of third-degree robbery, third-degree assault and second-degree larceny.
Wells Fargo has offered a $5,000 reward for the capture and conviction of the man who robbed their Foxon Boulevard brand on both April 27 and May 10.
On both days the a man, whose face was hidden by a mask or his hoodie jumped the teller’s counter and ripped cash out of the drawer.
During the May 10 robbery he stuffed the cash into his pants but some of it spilled out after he climbed a fence and made his getaway on foot down Foxon Boulevard.
